But behind the scenes, agents are starting to take on tasks independently, moving data, interacting with systems, and carrying out actions with far less human involvement than before.
That’s where the practical questions start appearing fairly quickly.

Johnny Sheehan is the Secure AI Practice Lead at CWSI, specialising in technical AI security, agentic system safeguards, and secure adoption of Copilot for Microsoft 365. With a strong background in cloud security architecture, Johnny focuses on advanced data protection, Microsoft Purview, adaptive DLP, insider risk mitigation, and secure enablement of AI‑driven and agentic capabilities.
Holding Microsoft Cyber Security Architect Expert (SC‑100), Information Protection Administrator (SC‑401), and Azure AI Engineer (AI‑102) certifications, he brings deep experience in securing AI platforms and enabling organisations to deploy Copilot and agentic AI capabilities with confidence while maintaining strong security and compliance postures.
Theo Boitel is a Senior Cybersecurity Sales Specialist at Microsoft, where he works with organisations across Belgium and Luxembourg to help them strengthen their security posture and prepare for the secure adoption of AI.
Drawing on his expertise in cybersecurity, Theo advises organisations on building the right foundations for technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agents. He is passionate about helping customers navigate an evolving threat landscape while enabling innovation through secure, well-governed technology. In recognition of his contribution at Microsoft, Theo was named a Microsoft Gold Club FY25 recipient, one of the company's highest internal performance awards.
